I recently had my vehicle serviced at this location, and unfortunately, the experience was nothing short of disappointing. My service advisor, Erick, handled my car, and despite paying a substantial amount for the service, my dashboard still indicates that another service is required in just 1,300 miles. Avoid having service with this dealer if at all possible! I purchased a set of Latitude Sport tires here in February of 2021. Michelin warranties these tires for 20,000 miles. I have 17,647 miles on them and the tires look like they are disintegrating. They charged me $1366 for these tires. I just called to see about getting them replaced and apparently they do not honor the manufacturer warranty but will only warranty them for one year and 12,000 miles. I had a good experience here. Maico took care of my Range Rover, fixed an issue under warranty, and communicated to me daily on the updates. I had a good loaner car the entire time and the dealership is large, so service seems to get done at a good rate. This is the only dealership I'd service my Range Rover at in Miami.
