Well, our first experience was great as we purchased a Range Rover SVR. We loved the vehicle until the "Factory " carbon fiber hood started to peel and bubble, this shouldn't happen on a 150k vehicle.... then comes their customer service which has not been any help in getting the hood replaced or fixed. Its been about a year now and they are basically expecting us to pay the 20k for the new hood. Meanwhile, we are driving this Range Rover around with a bubbly and peeling custom hood sold to us by Range Rover of Newport!!
Dana, Allen and Nate treated us very well! Dana very gracious and a wonderful asset to this dealership. Our salesman Allen was knowledgeable and stayed in touch while we waited ( about 6 weeks) for our vehicle to arrive. The Rover is gorgeous British Racing Green with Caraway Windsor leather interior. Nate the finance guy was very thorough and a fun guy to do business with. Overall a fine experience and highly recommend this dealership … a winner all the way around.
My family & I had the best experience here. We worked with Shahin to find the perfect vehicle, and he really delivered. When we came to sign the paperwork & take home the car, the customer service was 5+ stars. I appreciated that the paperwork had been already prepped, it was efficient and price was what we discussed (no surprises). I work for a Cadillac dealership and was looking to purchase an Escalade out of state. I found one I was very interested in, but was told there would be an additional $2,495 charge for a GPS add-on called “Starguard.” As someone in the industry, I know Cadillacs already come equipped with OnStar — a factory-installed GPS and safety system — so this add-on was completely unnecessary and redundant.
