Vehicle purchasing perfection. From initial contact to vehicle delivery, Robert was flawless in every way. He exudes class, is helpful without being overbearing, and makes the entire process painless (and even fun). Update: had to come back for some assistance with my onboard computer system, and was helped by Omar.
