Great service! Very thorough technicians that send you a video overview of your service visit. Decent waiting area with free coffee and water. Basic oil change and checkup was $250, but our Velar requires oil changes every 15,000 miles! There was zero upselling and all the people there were very nice. I waited for the vehicle and opted out of the free wash, because it takes an hour and their washer scratches the plastic accents on the vehicle -FACT! We bought this new at this same dealer.
