I came into Land Rover Moncton not entirely sure what I was looking for. I’ve been driving the same vehicle for years and knew it was time for a change but I wasn’t set on anything in particular. My salesguy was very patient with me and took the time to walk through a few different options. He answered all of my questions (I had quite a few) and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. Thank you for making what could have been an overwhelming experience feel easy and enjoyable!
I purchased a new Defender in July of 2024. I have dealt with a lot of dealerships over the last 30 years and was pleasantly surprised with my experience at this location. They did want to earn my business and totally earned the sale with me. I found them to be fair in the deal and in all my dealings since. I notably love my Defender every time I get in it and hope to enjoy many more years driving many Defenders.
I've recently purchased a Range Rover Evoque from Land Rover Moncton and my service from the time I stepped in, until the day I took delivery and drove away, was nothing short of PHENOMENAL! Amjed in sales knows the brand very well and was great to work with. Leah in finance walked me through everything clearly and made the paperwork completely stress-free. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The staff clearly do not understand their own policies, and worse, they show no interest in actually listening to customers. When I spoke with Steeve and asked him to review the policy, he had no answers and simply said, “This is what I am told by my manager, Jenna.” That response alone reflects a complete lack of training and accountability.
