I have lost complete trust in this dealership. It’s gone severely downhill in only 3 years. In spring 2026 my car all of a sudden had difficulty starting. I found online it could likely be a $250 valve or just a $80 gas cap. I was hoping it was just either of those. Instead I was told it was the canister causing this which was $996. Additionally, as they typically do, I was recommended a wheel alignment and told it would only cost $179. It was a horrible experience. I've been in the car industry for over five years, and I've never encountered someone so incompetent. I honestly don't understand how she became a manager. She showed absolutely no respect for us as customers and repeatedly insisted there was nothing she could do. She even advised us to go to the service department for help, but they told us there was nothing they could do either. Overall, it was an extremely disappointing experience. The manager's name was Leah DesRoches.

Review is for the Sales team. Went to test drive a vehicle. Vehicle wasn't ready when we arrived as it needed gas, but that was addressed quickly. Sales people provided a good overview of the vehicle and features, and answered all of our questions. It was obvious they had taken the time to learn about their products. The above review was written in Dec 2024. Sadly service from the Sales is basically non-existent! The Sales staff have zero knowledge of the brand and vehicles, and are clueless about the features. Called 4 times in a 3 week span and was told each time someone would call me back and never did... I give up and went somewhere else... sad that all land rover dealerships in the maritime have horrible services. I would recommend buying in Quebec or Ontario.
