Review is for the Sales team. Went to test drive a vehicle. Vehicle wasn't ready when we arrived as it needed gas, but that was addressed quickly. Sales people provided a good overview of the vehicle and features, and answered all of our questions. It was obvious they had taken the time to learn about their products.
I recently visited this dealership after seeing a vehicle listed as new on their website. However, when I arrived for the test drive, I was told it was actually a service loaner vehicle with mileage already on it. This important detail was never mentioned during the booking or on the listing. I feel this is misleading and not transparent. If it’s a service loaner, it should be clearly disclosed upfront so customers can make an informed decision before visiting.
We've been having isome major ssues with our 2019 Sport and the service and follow-up has not been up to standard. They do not stand behind their brand, I would not recommend.
Excellent team
I own a 2021 Defender, until it needed service for software issue all was good. All 5 stars when you get a new Land Rover, try getting service. We just wanted the vehicle serviced for an issue caused by their software - now selling it just not to deal with LR customer support and the only dealer in NB. I think the brand deserves better, this dealer seems to lack the care to handle existing and potential repeat customers.
