Let me tell you a story. The story of a guy whose Land rover broke down somewhere between Souris and Charlottetown while he was driving back to Montreal. This guy had his Land Rover towed to this dealership and they announced him what he feared the most : the car was done for. Review is for the Sales team. Went to test drive a vehicle. Vehicle wasn't ready when we arrived as it needed gas, but that was addressed quickly. Sales people provided a good overview of the vehicle and features, and answered all of our questions. It was obvious they had taken the time to learn about their products.
I recently visited this dealership after seeing a vehicle listed as new on their website. However, when I arrived for the test drive, I was told it was actually a service loaner vehicle with mileage already on it. This important detail was never mentioned during the booking or on the listing. I feel this is misleading and not transparent. If it’s a service loaner, it should be clearly disclosed upfront so customers can make an informed decision before visiting.
We've been having isome major ssues with our 2019 Sport and the service and follow-up has not been up to standard. They do not stand behind their brand, I would not recommend.
