This is the place to go for OUTSTANDING service and attention to detail on your next Range Rover, I bought my mum a new to her RR and at 84 years old she's not the lost techy but every time she brings it in for a bit of tech help they always go above and beyond especially Ryan Johnson in sales and their entire service staff, it is MUCH appreciated, kudos.
I had an outstanding experience at this dealership! The service department went above and beyond—Jim, Bindu, and Randi were all exceptional. They were professional, attentive, and made sure every detail was taken care of. I also want to give a big thank you to David, the General Sales Manager, for all his help and support throughout the process. He made everything smooth and stress-free. Truly a great team—I highly recommend this dealership for both service and sales!
Normally I wouldn’t be inclined to leave a bad review, but my experience with Land Rover Kelowna over the past five years has been consistently disappointing. Since purchasing my vehicle in 2020, I haven’t had a single positive encounter with this dealership. Most recently, my interactions with Randi from service were particularly unpleasant. Absolutely BEST shop I have ever used!!They were polite,offered me transportation options & had my car cleaned up & ready on time.They kept me informed along the way of anything I needed & I had all of the work completed & it was still on time! Ask for Jim or Randi when you arrive I would highly recommend Kelowna Auto Sport for your cars needs You won't be disappointed!!
A couple of weeks ago, I left a 5-star review for the excellent customer service department. I recently came back for an oil change and also spoke with the sales department, where I met Kyle. Unfortunately, my experience there was disappointing. I called him three different times, and each time he told me he would call back in 15–20 minutes.
