Absolutely BEST shop I have ever used!!They were polite,offered me transportation options & had my car cleaned up & ready on time.They kept me informed along the way of anything I needed & I had all of the work completed & it was still on time! Ask for Jim or Randi when you arrive I would highly recommend Kelowna Auto Sport for your cars needs You won't be disappointed!!
A couple of weeks ago, I left a 5-star review for the excellent customer service department. I recently came back for an oil change and also spoke with the sales department, where I met Kyle. Unfortunately, my experience there was disappointing. I called him three different times, and each time he told me he would call back in 15–20 minutes.
