Everyone was attentive and kept me informed. I choose to wait for my vehicle and the customer lounge area was very well set up including refreshments. I'm never disappointed with my service.
TL;DR is unless you're bringing your car in for state inspections or very straightforward work, I'd recommend taking your car elsewhere. More details below: I've been a customer for 2.5 years. While things started great, service quality has declined significantly over the past year. The actual repair work is solid as the techs do good work and diagnose accurately.
