The service team did an excellent job repairing my car, and I was satisfied with the quality of the work itself. However, after I left an honest review about my overall experience—specifically noting the differences between the service center and AutoNation Collision—I was surprised to receive a call the very next day from a manager. Rather than addressing my concerns constructively, the manager seemed more interested in arguing with me about my honest opinion. ..

I was very surprised at how quickly the dealership was able to get my truck on their schedule for service. I really appreciated the level of customer service that was provided. The dealership identified the issue that I was having with my truck and resolved it quickly!!

We recently brought our Range Rover into the Hilton Head service department, where they diagnosed a broken axle. They quoted us $1,580 for the repair, and we approved the work. Once the job was completed, I received an invoice for $980, which I paid right away—assuming it came in under budget due to fewer labor hours.
