I can't thank Don and Ana enough for their kindness towards my family. Unfortunately my step father had passed, and had bought a Defender a week prior to the incident. Without hesitation, they let us bring back the Defender, and gave us my step father's car back without a hiccup. We admire so much their honestly, and dedication to doing what's right. You have our utmost respect and trust during this trying time, thank you both SO much.
This dealership doesn't do the Land Rover brand any favors. Our salesman was a bit apathetic and our finance guy was a bit unprofessional. We purchased a used Range Rover here and I noticed a rattle while test driving it. When I asked about it I was told something was possibly loose in the wheel well such as the guard but it couldn't be anything that's a safety concern.
