Inhumane. Thieves. Quoted me $1000.00 to change my transfer case oil. This "might" resolve my shifting chatter!!! No filter, no gaskets, just fluid and labor. Said they had to reset the module. I immediately started googling prices. That showed $175 to $250. I called a certified, very reputable foreign car garage. They quoted me $230. I had a great experience after starting off with my own stressful day. I had packed up my vehicle, with my dog, for a week long trip and started on a 12 hour drive. I immediately started hearing an excruciatingly loud grinding nosie coming from the tire area. Outstanding customer service. Honest and professional service. I had lost a ring in my car. They found it and notified immediately. I’m indebted. Amazing service!
Great experience with this location. Had a turbo charger repaired on my 2017 F-Pace. Karen communicated with me from start to finish. She was always honest about potentially unknown issues. She communicated with my warranty company and kept me in the know. I will return if I need future repairs.
