Terrible! Avoid LRFG at all cost and never ever buy your lease out from them. This is the most painful experience I have ever had and will never deal with LRFG again.
I paid off my land rover in January of 2019. Today is December 23rd 2019. I still don't have my lien release and I have requested it multiple times. Every time I call / request the lien, they tell me it is on the way, and it never comes. When request something with a tracking number to verify shipping they refuse. They have been squatting on my property for nearly a year and now I need to get lawyers involved. NEVER, and I mean NEVER, do a loan via this group of criminals.
