Jeff and the team at Range Rover Fairfield on the service side have been absolutely awesome. I’ve been with them for 20 years, and they continue to impress me every single day—whether on the sales side or, more importantly, through their service and customer satisfaction. When things go bad, they step up, and I truly appreciate having such a great team behind me.

As expected from a premium dealership, great customer service, provided information and follow up. Pricing for service is pretty steep. I'm not sure I will be servicing my vehicle at the dearship again, but that is based on a monetary decision and not the personnel. Everyone at LandRover Fairfield are terrific. Jeff Castaneda is an excellent Service Manager and was kind enough to provide a 1st Responder discount. Great bunch.
This was our 1st time at this location. We brought our son’s vehicle in for service because it was the closest is proximity to his University. We were immediately impressed with the professionalism and courtesy of the staff. We met Jeff Castaneda (Service Advisor) when dropping the vehicle off for service. He went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and offered suggestions on how to best resolve the issue.
