I don't typically post negative reviews, but this is the absolute worst customer experience I have ever had. My wife's Jaguar was mysteriously overheating. Had it towed to this dealership and, after a hefty "diagnostic fee", several changes in quoted price and several days, was told I had a coolant leak stemming from some pipes under the intake. Work was approved and completed for a large fee. Problem cropped up again within 48 hours so I went to a different mechanic who said Jaguar had damaged the system from overfilling. N... read more
My car went in for a rear camera issue. The dealership checked me in. In followed up with the dealership in a few days and they said the car was at the body shop. I called the body shop and they said the dealership had it. I called the dealership and they became rude and agitated and said my car is at the body shop. I did not actually buy a vehicle from Jaguar Land Rover of Cincinnati, however I did figuratively buy one. I am an accounting major at The University of Cincinnati, and for one of my classes we had to do some research about the depreciation on a few vehicles. For one of them we were to buy/lease a new vehicle. I was in email conversation with the dealerships internet sales manager, and came to find that even though I was not purchasing the vehicle he was still extremely helpful.
The internet guys did a great job keeping in touch with me, my business was way more important to them than the BMW or Mercees dealer. I am very happy with my new XF. Thanks Dave, Bobby and Eric
