Overall great experience from checking the vehicle in to dealing with service rep. It was explained what services that were going to be done and approximately how long it was going to take. I was also offered a rental, which I appreciated very much. Customer service was excellent and the video inspection of my vehicle was helpful in me understanding the what was actually being checked.
