AVOID AVOID AVOID Recently took my Landrover Disco Sport here after the ad blue fault wouldn’t go off the dash. They had my car 3 hours to plug it in and try and reset it. Didn’t work, so told me I needed a new ad blue tank which would cost over £2,000. After charging me £100 for doing nothing, I took it to a garage in Milnsbridge who cleared the fault within 2 hours. So glad I didn’t listen to them.
Been there first time and find them on internet. Had my timing belt changed. Timescale and the price been given on the day when I booked it. Price was fair and competitive. The waiting time was good. Very welcoming, warmth feeling, clear explanation on the job, they said they will check all things needed to be done, and they will change water pump too, check the other belt. Absolutely Life Saving! My Range rover had completely stopped working and with 2 weeks left to Christmas noone wanted to even look at it! These guys told me to bring it in straight away, checked it same day and sorted within 2 days! They even sorted my broken key fob voluntarily and waited past their closing time for us to collect the car. Thats what you call customer service. Actual Land Rover dealers have got nothing in comparison to this service !
