I recently leased the Discovery Sport from Land Rover Brooklyn. Alec made the process very smooth from taking the time to test drive two different vehicles to working with me on a deal within my budget. The signing process was extremely easy with Sam and Yelysei was very informative, explaining all the features in my car. Overall, the staff was amazing and I would highly recommend Land Rover Brooklyn.
**Updated review** Land Rover has a reputation for being unreliable. Unfortunately for us, this has proved to be the case with our 3 month old Range Rover. Since I acquired the car in December, the second-row mechanics have not been functioning properly and now don’t work at all. Access to the third row requires climbing through the trunk. Jaguar Land Rover of Brooklyn is a greedy and Money Hungry Dealer . I recently purchased and gave this dealership $70,000 in business , sales staff was effective and good . The reason for the well deserved 1 star review is that this is a typical dealer were only the bottom line is valued. I put my car in for a service repair before i went on vacation and i initially notified the service manager that i cant pickup the car for 5 days.
