Had my vehicle for a recall at this branch,I was assigned to a service adviser name Daniel who handled my recall.Everything was properly well taken care of with regards to the recall and Daniel even informed me of all that needed repairs on my vehicle and was very helpful in getting everything sorted properly,I would recommend anyone to this branch as their customer service and knowledge in Range Rovers was excellent,thank you Daniel for everything.
Margret at the desk was rude and not cordial.
It is a big shame that a premium dealership like the Land Rover Brampton has a management team that's very uncaring, disrespectful and does not fulfill its commitments to its customers. Selling a premium brand of vehicles should come with premium service and responsibility. I will NEVER recommend this dealership.
