He listened carefully, understood what was important to me, was patient with my questions, and never made me feel pressured. I was looking for a very safe used vehicle, and the preowned Volvo I purchased with his help has been a great purchase. The entire experience was professional, honest, and stress-free. I had been a loyal customer for 7 years. Lyle Pearson Volvo quoted me $6,500 for repairs and charged $240 to diagnose it. I took my car to Hurless Brothers who repaired my car for $890 and stated they would have done the diagnosis for free. Hurless Brothers stated the repairs quoted by Lyle Pearson Volvo were for a model called T6. I have a T5. My car does not have the parts that were quoted as having to be replaced. Excellent service
Bought a really nice pre owned Audi S5 from Ted Cook. The whole process from start to finish was exceptional. Ted was very helpful and responsive with getting us all the information we needed to make the purchase. This was very important since we lived 5 hours away from the dealership. We made the trip in one day there and back so, they were very efficient in getting us in and out so we could get back on the road. Stormy helped us arrange an overseas delivery with the car being picked up in Sweden, the car was delivered to Boise about three months later.
