My girlfriend bought a car from Napleton they didn’t disclose the car was in a wreck and they fixed half ass put different bumper on car and had issues they didn’t want to fix so I had to take to Chevy dealer and they fixed what they could. I JUST bought my new Defender from here tonight (10/8). This was the ONLY dealership out of 10 dealerships in Illinois that didn’t jerk u around with pricing, low ball your trade in or flat out lie to you just to get u to come in!! I HIGHLY recommend these guys in being the ONLY Land Rover dealer in Illinois that seriously didn’t waste my time and made the buying process super easy! Thank you. HIGHLY Recommend!
I cannot say enough good things about the guys at this dealership. They were so patient w/me and so collaborative helping each other. My sales guy, Daniel was seriously the best! It was such a welcome experience, esp after shopping in the suburbs for a luxury car, where they don't care about you at all. My transaction w/ a trade-in went smoothly, no stress at all.
