Horrific experience. The service department is probably the most useless I've come across. When the service advisor had no idea what she was talking about, they brought out some "tech" named Ryan who was hot headed. Instead of answering my questions, he got frustrated immediately. I cannot believe his level of unprofessionalism including using profanities. Worst interaction I've had with anyone ever in a so called professional setting. Not sure how this place can operate with people like this. Nightmare. Take your money else... read more
