My experience was very fine . The front desk personal and customer service desk including the technician were very professional.
They did an awesome job! This repair was unexpected and unscheduled and they accommodated me on a moments notice. Melissa is absolutely wonderful. She is professional and personable and always goes out of the way to make sure that the customer is fully satisfied. I will continue to come here for repairs to my Range Rover HSE.
I received Excellent Service by Land Rover Annapolis! I was able to get a service appointment at my convenience and the service was completed by the estimated time given. I really appreciated the time spent by the service advisor to give me a thorough breakdown of the cost and work being performed. To top it off the concierge and staff were very welcoming. Well done
