Nice guy and seems to know his stuff, but good god he is unreliable and difficult to reach. Took my truck in 6 weeks ago to address camshaft position sensor and 3 amigos. Picked it up after $1,800 in repairs to find it still has camshaft position sensor error and 3 amigos.
Do not bring your car here they suck. Charged 5 times more than every other shop for the exact same thing
13 years ago i moved to Cville + my jag XK8 needed some front suspension work ... Ben provided SUPER 7 STAR SERVICE ... as a jag owner for more than 50+ years ... i can honestly recommend Ben as one of the very best if not THE VERY BEST !!!

What a great job Ben and his team did when my Discovery broke down while visiting Charlottesville. On a Friday afternoon and into Saturday morning they spent time troubleshooting the problem. On Monday a spare part was on its way from Richmond and I was back on the road on Tuesday. Pricing was transparent and very reasonable. Ben is very knowledgeable and spent the time to explain everything and I would highly recommend.
