I live in Fredericksburg (hour and fifteen minutes from this service). I had two issues with my 2008 jaguar convertible. Ben helped me find the right part to order from a parts store in Denver for one issue and helped me solve a convertible roof electronic glitch. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and gracious with his time. Highly recommend his service.
