Elaine at the service desk was so helpful with the service of my vehicle. She made it really easy to stay up to date on every aspect from drop off to inspection to service and pickup. I appreciate all of her help and highly recommend this location for its amazing service.
Yujin in the service department is always wonderful to work with. She makes process as easy as possible from having my car picked up and dropped and providing a loaner vehicle
Updating this review (to downgrade from 5 stars to 1) after my most recent service. Needles to say, after spending $1,800 for a) oil change b) battery replacement, and c) diagnostics for ACE, this is how my vehicle was returned (including a low rrqr tire pressure). It shows they never opened my hood or even bothered to top off or check any fluids. This place has gone down the rats hole.
