It was like pulling teeth to get an out the door price. It took like 3 days and they wouldn’t stop blowing me up to schedule a test drive in the mean time. I did not enjoy being harassed.
We completed a vehicle transport for this dealership and have still not received payment after 2 months. Repeated delays and no accountability. This is not how professional businesses operate. I am so DISAPPOINTED with Land Rover in Alexandria. I bought an extended warranty and GAP insurance. I later realized that I had GAP insurance with my vehicle insurance provider. I called Land Rover Alexandria to cancel their GAP and in the process I decided I don't want the extended warranty. I called the finance manager to cancel it but nobody answered the phone. We had an amazing experience working with Mr. Ogun Yilmazer. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions patiently and made the whole process in purchasing our Range Rover Sport very smooth and quick. I highly recommend him and the Alexandria team. They were all very nice.
I completely enjoyed my Land Rover experience; in large part due to Ogun. He was very professional and patient with me as I navigated through this buying process. He was persistent not pushy with making me feel comfortable throughout the process. He and JLR Alexandria has continued with their great service.
