The dealership itself is nice but the service...not so much. The issue I went in went was NOT resolved. I Dont feel as though it was taken seriously and maybe that's because its still under warranty🤷🏾♀Maybe once it's expired or breaks down completely they'll be able to figure it out. Oh--did I mention i didn't receive a car wash after servicing!! I'll stick to the Annapolis location

I recently had a concern regarding a service visit, and management took the time to personally review the situation, clearly explain everything, and provide a very fair resolution. I was particularly impressed with how professionally and promptly they handled my concerns. It’s easy to earn a good review when everything goes perfectly—the true measure of a dealership is how they respond when a customer raises a concern. They handled mine exceptionally well. Highly recommended.
I had terrible experience this morning at the service of the dealership. I made appointment with Melvin couple of days ago. While on the phone, he promised to have a loaner for me if I booked Saturday appointment with him. I told him that from my experience, getting a loaner especially on weekends was impossible in the past. I asked if Monday would be a better day to get a loaner and suggested that I could also get a rental car if loaner will not be available. Melvin assured me that I will be given a loaner on Saturday.
