LR Alexandria has always been helpful, efficient, clean and state of the art when it comes to servicing my Range Rover. There’s never a hard sell on up-charges or add-ons, car comes back better than new every time (take advantage of their full detail option, it’s the best in the region), and service staff are friendly, honest, and knowledgeable. I’ve tried the other dealerships nearby and there’s no comparison. I drive past 2 others to get to Alexandria, and it’s worth it every time.

My brand new 2025 Range Rover sport has experienced key and software issues essentially since I got it. Very frustrating as you can imagine since it is a BRAND NEW car. I took my car to Land Rover Alexandria weeks ago to get it fixed. After the first week of them working on my car, I got a text saying it was ready for pick up and when I got there, the only service that was completed was a simple software update — which I could have done myself at home and the car keys were still not fixed!!
