My experience with Land Rover Albany was nothing short from excellent. Th process was smooth and stress free. My sales person Billy was super responsive and helpful. Never felt pressured. Definitely looking to have a long term relationship with this dealership.
This place is unprofessional…I spent whole week trying to call them about my Range Rover and nobody answer ..was put on hold left so many messages emails for whole week …I had to call the dealer next door genesis dealership and had someone go there and tell them that there’s a costumer calling them ……mind you I spent 5k and I still had problems and no answer …I hope someone in the higher end team see this and get this fix .we can’t afford to have this place be ruined by unprofessional staff that are not doing there job and l... read more
