Mike was very friendly, very patient, he took his time to explain everything to us. He would highly recommend him.
Was working woth Julie (sales person) took a test drive (Yukon Denali) on Thursday 8/13, received a full quote including trade-in. Set an appointment for Saturday 8/15 to finalize the sale. Received a call from Chris (sales manager) while on my way to the dealership stating the vehicle was sold earlier today 8/15. Complete waste of time. Guess I should have expected this level of service after walking in on 8/13 and was ignored for 5 minutes before anyone talked to me.
