Poor communication. Poor attention to detail. Failure or honor warranty. Car with rebuilt engine blew head gasket within 1 year of rebuild. Edit in response to owner: Interesting how if we never did business together i have a receipt and your phone number as well as information regarding a coolant pressure test you conducted when i visited your shop. I will go out of my name to say that Sam is a nice guy though. Specifically Sam. Since you acknowledge there was a receipt, is there a reason you fail to honor the warranty?

Five Stars - Truly Exceptional Service at House of Rover! I can’t say enough good things about House of Rover in Burbank. I was traveling from out of town when my vehicle developed a coolant leak. I was in a tough spot, but they were able to get me in that same day—which is practically unheard of these days.
