Placed an order for 2 sets of brackets a while ago now, took a few months for them to show up, only to be missing half of my pins and the holes didn't even line up. Average quality for an expensive product and the customer service is none existent unless buying. Won't reply to send me the rest of my pins nor will they reply about the quality...
Product is good, but comms is horrible. I need some clarification on my product, I have called twice, emailed over 3 week ago & attempted Facebook chat. With no response. Funnily enough in the same time frame I’ve received 5 emails from landraxx including this one asking me to review them.
