Quite easily the worst customer service I’ve ever come across in my life…expect weeks for a response
Quick Release Brackets are Solid and work a treat.
If it was possible to leave zero stars, that's what I would do. $375 for a three bracket kit and then nothing. No brackets, no response to emails, no response to messages, no one answering phones. This is a scam business. Do not spend a single cent on this site, they are crooks.
Extremely tough and close to no sag on my 35kg awning, doesn’t feel like it’s going to fly off and you just have peace of mind
Brackets arrived today, exactly as I was told I would receive them. the quality is first class very happy; now I don't have to carry the awning around when I don't need it.
