It’s been two months and I have still not received my order. My emails have gone unanswered for weeks. still not received the order. The delivery was not fulfilled, and Rik had issues with his emails. After the lines of communication were opened. I was fully refunded. Was actually looking forward to using the brackets.
Is up there price wise, but does the job.
What a great adjustable mount . And the fact I don’t have to drive around with an awning on all the time. Love it
Placed an order for 2 sets of brackets a while ago now, took a few months for them to show up, only to be missing half of my pins and the holes didn't even line up. Average quality for an expensive product and the customer service is none existent unless buying. Won't reply to send me the rest of my pins nor will they reply about the quality...
Product is good, but comms is horrible. I need some clarification on my product, I have called twice, emailed over 3 week ago & attempted Facebook chat. With no response. Funnily enough in the same time frame I’ve received 5 emails from landraxx including this one asking me to review them.
