I just wanted to leave a review, because I always like to give credit when due. I’ve been dealing with Enzo for the past month in regards to the landscaping of my home, as well as the snow removal. I have multiple sclerosis, which leaves me not able to do any physical activity. Speaking to Enzo, and letting him know of my concerns, he was able to make sure that the job is done properly and also to make sure the property is accessible due to my needs. I rent a property in Barrie partially owned by this group. It is full of mold and the heat is always low. I have had to call property standards numerous times because the landlord flat out refuses to fix the addressed issues. In one occasion he was fined for having and overflowing garbage dumpster with wild life crawling in/out and creating a safety hazard. In another instance, he got penalized by the fire department for having a locked front entrance to the building lobby because he feared vandalism.
