Unfortunately, I'm unable to give anything less than one star. The manager to this location, she's also the manager to another location, Is extremely rude and impatient. I was very relieved to return to our old practice and bear the 40 minute drive to Raleigh. My daughter also pleaded for the return 🥲
They have very nice people that can communicate well when you need help or something isn’t right.
They over book their patients. If you only have 6 chairs and then only have 3 staff members on duty don't schedule 10 patients to come in at one time. I've been bringing my child to the Angier location for 2 years now and every single time we sit for over an hour before my daughter is helped! Every single time!!! If there was any other option that accepted my insurance I would not continue services here. It makes no sense to me why they are so inefficient with their time. Everytime there's different staf. I visited champions orthodontic and i thought it would be like any doctor but the doctor that i had was very nice and lovely 🥰
