I will start this review with the fact that the "value " given was fair for market conditions. So that we where satisfied with (we somewhat believe he based his value on our realtors market analysis but I digress). We understand that the appraisal company is based off of a 3rd party selection process so hiring this idiot for an appraisal in the selling or buying of a home is a little out of control of the recipient or seller.
