I try to call you guys the you guys close oh what's going on y try to make at payment since 5 days ago y dont want to loose my land. The answer machine is full we can live at message what happen please answer the phone
You can't be sick! If you can't pay your loan, there's no deferments or anything. If you don't speak Spanish, they don't treat you with kindness. Very rude!!! And they canceled my land loan I've been paying for over 15 years because I missed 4 months. No letter or anything telling me hey... if you don't pay by June 25th... your loan would be canceled. I'm under depression because of them. Rudest people ever. I'm calling them and they are hanging up on me!
