This is a magical, healing place. I attended a retreat last weekend and I feel like a new woman. I feel truly connected to myself, the universe and others. Not only are the land and accommodations stunning , they emanate a feeling of safety and tranquility . ( Great sauna too!) This place is magical. I’d highly recommend one of their retreats. My wife and I attended the 3 day Mindfulness and Generosity Dharma Camp. Everything about our experience at the Dharma Camp retreat was surreal. Wonderful camp organizers/teachers (Teresa and Anna are AWESOME!!!), friendly campers, comfy cabins, beautiful scenery, guided meditations, delicious food, art projects, sharing, journaling, hiking, heated pool, sauna and more. We absolutely loved staying in a yurt for 3 nights. The price was completely reasonable at $80/ night. So peaceful, beautiful redwoods, we even loved the 20 minute uphill hike when we would come back late and walk with a flashlight in the dark. I am struggling to understand why animal products (dairy and eggs) are served in the meals guests can purchase. When the property/retreat/Buddhism advocates for sentient beings all over on signs, why are cows and chickens not included in that? I strongly recommend discontinuing servin... read more
