Transformed the condo common areas to reflect the elegant NY vibe of the building
It had been over 7 months since Dochia started my project in March 2019, today is Nov 4th 2019. We contracted with Dochia on Package B with a fixed price and scope that defined in the contract. The scope was never changed. We has not got the drawings delivered and signed off that can be used for the construction. We had paid 7/8 of the full amount of the contract, and we had started plumbing and back framing. The design is still not there.
