Great place to pickup a load. Friendly staff. PENTY of room for backing and maneuvering. Overnight parking. I arrived 2 1/2 hours early for a 12:00 appointment and was in a dock at 11:30. Loaded and out of dock at 11:20. That's right about 20 minutes to load. Way to go. Short wait for paperwork. When you pull in park on right and a guy comes out to your truck and gets your pickup number and gives you good clear instructions. Terrible place to unload. I’ve been waiting for three hours and still haven’t been assigned a dock—very poor service for such a small facility.
I got there and I couldn't believe it because they had parking on the lot and they they took the time to knock on my door to check me in and to top it off they took the time to come back and tell me what door to get Damm this place I can say it a 💯 I have been to places but this one I have not found one like this one I can give it a 100 % because they took there time to come to my door and check me in
