Landmark estates is horrible the owner looks like a more plastic version of Don the chump dont move in here!
Beware the owner is a liar a theif he will lie to you of his name it is Cass ramaj beware he will tell you you own your trailer with out proper paperwork you do not! Want to own or rent from him he will refuse major maintenance including heat water and sewage he will charge you for water but has he actually paid it? Good question in flint he has history of neglected residents he did not pay their bill an they got evicted when he had such a high bill he had to sell the park.
