Received an unsolicited letter to buy my property for 10% of its actual value. Don't fall for the scam. Their website says they do no research before sending the letter. It's a scam to get property for cheap.
I've received a few letters over the last year or so offering me 45k for my property that appraises for 400k. It's insulting and annoying. Surely this is a scam and no one takes these ppl seriously. 😒
