I definitely recommend David Crofut as your loan representative. He has legendary customer service skills. Always returned my phone calls within an hour. Answered all my questions thoroughly. He made it possible for my loan to be completed after my husband passed away in the middle of the construction loan process. Everyone I talked to in the office was very polite and cheerful.
