Earl has made the mortgage process a nightmare. ...kept running my credit unnecessarily, lowering my score... informed me at the last minute about cash reserve.. i produced cash reserve...then he tells me it had to be in my account at least 3 months .. my credit score was over 735 and earl wanted me to bring $8000 to the closing ...i told him that's too much...with my score I'm not bringing any money to the closing ... he deliberately sabotaged the deal...
Our experience has been nothing but a cluster with Land Home Financial. While this is our first home buying experience, and we did buy through a family member so we were a "special case", it has been unorganized, difficult, and frustrating.
