If I could give a 0 star I would. Firstly always beware of places that completely ignore credit. I initially felt grateful until I found myself in a home that had plumbing issues prior to me moving in told after I signed by a neighbor. Also home had been in a tornado and was unlevel which we discovered when replacing flooring and then report with county of the tornado as well as the neighborhood giving the specifics. I waited all month for a response on a house, I make plenty enough month an was told someone else got it then told me that I'm next, she asked me if I could pay the deposit an I messaged the next day an was told they went with someone else!!! Like are u kidding me I turned down 3 other places because of waiting for this one I applied 5 mins after the other person did not pay just to be told they are going with someone else???? Sounds real fishy
