I would not recommend using this company for a survey. Mr. John Butler hung up on me twice - the first time was immediately once I began speaking (please bear in mind I am a young woman, not sure if this was the issue). He was clearly disinterested in the conversation once I called back, and then hung up again in the middle of me asking for service. I always strive to be extremely polite, so I was surprised to be dismissed in this manner. The second company I called was very professional in comparison.

I've had the misfortune of working with Larry on a project that should have been straightforward, but instead turned into a drawn-out ordeal. Larry's approach to engineering is, to put it mildly, lackadaisical. Scheduling a simple meeting took two months of back-and-forth, and when the time finally came, it was as if the previous months had vanished into thin air—he requested the same information we had discussed in our initial conversation.
