We needed a survey of our property done in a quicker than average time frame, and John at Land Dimension Engineering was incredibly helpful in making that happen for us. We had a period of heavy snow and ice this winter that set us back, but John was there as soon as it was melted to get us the survey we needed to begin our large home project. I would not recommend using this company for a survey. Mr. John Butler hung up on me twice - the first time was immediately once I began speaking (please bear in mind I am a young woman, not sure if this was the issue). He was clearly disinterested in the conversation once I called back, and then hung up again in the middle of me asking for service. I always strive to be extremely polite, so I was surprised to be dismissed in this manner. The second company I called was very professional in comparison.

I've had the misfortune of working with Larry on a project that should have been straightforward, but instead turned into a drawn-out ordeal. Larry's approach to engineering is, to put it mildly, lackadaisical. Scheduling a simple meeting took two months of back-and-forth, and when the time finally came, it was as if the previous months had vanished into thin air—he requested the same information we had discussed in our initial conversation.
