We live on the south end of SSI and love our neighborhood. Because we are the lowest lot, all the heave rains collected in our back yard for our own version of a mud pond. We were referred to Jeff and it was indeed our lucky day. He took great care to design such a beautiful back yard for us which yes included truck loads of dirt to level the yard plus several necessary drains but problem solved. Jeff recently redesigned my front and side yards. The goals included replacing older declining plantings, installing deer proof material, using & moving healthy existing plans where possible, screening the view of the garage. Alot to do! Importantly, Jeff developed and presented the plan in a way that the design can be phased in. The front circle and two side yards are complete. Bo Parker has been a pleasure to work with. There were so many things to be decided with which we had no previous experience! He was very helpful guiding us through these decisions, yet allowing us the autonomy to decide. It has also been a blessing to have Land Design Associates as our representative with the various vendors/contractors necessary for the job-it allows you freedom to make some tough decisions and know they will be professionally communicated and executed. We were very pleased with our experience!
