They replaced my seawall 18 months ago and did a great job. No complaints. After the Last Hurricane in Oct 24 the fill behind the seawall totally collapsed. I tried for 6 months to get their help with backfilling it again. Calling many times and getting the same excuse. I quit trying and I never heard from Christiann or Tom again. I’m Sorry to say I’m very disappointed in their lack of customer service.
We got quotes from 4 different dock companies for the addition to our dock on the Intracoastal. Carter, the owner, was the lowest bid and the most responsive. The long wait for permitting and start time is the same with any dock company right now, 4-6 months. But once they got started in early August, the dock was finished by Thanksgiving.
