Called two weeks prior to set a appt with Land Air to pick up my mom from assisted living at 530 am on 17th to hospital for surgery. I called, verified a week before and a couple of days before to make sure we are set. Land Air did not even show up at 530 am. I called and they claimed they did not have her on the schedule. In the meantime I still needed to get my wheel chair bound mom to the hospital for surgery at 6 am. Imagine the stress to the patient and trying to get my wheel chair bound mom in a truck. Very trashy and unprofessional inside the warehouse!
Buen trato, pero mal trabajo ,montaron una carga equivocada y tube que virar para atrás y cambiar la carga completa ,no le recomiendo este lugar a nadie ,puedes hacer las 10 horas de dormir aquí, 😡mal lugar
