WARNING I had work done at my home ( floors on two floors) I would have thought a company with 150years of experience would competent installers especially at the rate they charge but not the one they sent over for my contract. Let me begin by our first contact ( the installer and myself) I had to call him to remind him he had measurements to do, he was 3hrs late then to top it all off he ran through his measurements saying he had his son to pick up. Lanctot has a wide selection of flooring, from natural wood to laminate and more. I had a few jobs done by them such as stairs which was installed by a top notch gentleman just as polite and knowledgeable of his trade. The product and install was without problem. Now comes the reason for the 3 star rating I had them do my floor the product is excellent the install had its many issues which had to be somewhat solved by the owner.
