Insanely disrespectful to neighborhood they build in. Leave trash, debris and glass all over road and surrounding area. With the litter, especially the bio waste, destroying the surrounding environment and I’m having to constantly check so my dog doesn’t eat anything, like discarded bones. Make insanely loud noises as early as possible without so much as a heads up. Their workers constantly block the street, making it so our bins never being picked up. We had an awesome experience building our new home with Lancon. From start to finish, the process was smooth and straightforward. Even when a few unexpected things came up, Bob, Mel and Dave handled them quickly and without any drama. They were great to deal with and always kept us in the loop. The end result is an amazing home that we’re super proud of. Big thanks to everyone in the Lancon team!

I highly recommend Lancon for sure. I had built my first house with other builder, it was very stressful to deal with them. So for my second house, I met many builders and decided to go with Lancon who is very professional, kind, well-communicatable, cooperative and reasonable. I never regret to go through with Lancon, am very happy with the rersult. 5 stars are not enough for Lancon.
