We have just competed our first new build with LanCon and couldn’t be happier with the whole process. From the first meeting in their office right through to being handed our keys, we have been so impressed by the communication and accessibility to the team. The quality of our build has been excellent and we loved that they were willing to work with our own selections to create a truly unique home. Completed 3 months ahead of schedule!
We could not have been happier with the service and end product we received from LanCon. Everyone involved in our build were incredibly supportive, helpful and had a very keen eye for detail. The communication from the team was always timely and proactive. We love our new home and would absolutely build again with LanCon.
Not worth the one star. Disgraceful after build support. Many issues ignored. Unfortunately the developer who commissioned Lancon to build this house didn’t sell it to us (new) until the 6 month non structural warranty period owed by the builder had expired. This is what these guys use as their defence. Contact me for the full brief. Deal with these people at you own risk
