I am a little delayed in posting my review, but Lanco H&AC is hands down the best local company for HVAC repair. It was a Friday afternoon during the extended cold spell we had this winter when the temp outside was in the teens and I noticed the thermostat was reading 60 degrees when I got home around 4:30pm. They came out the same day we called which was so appreciated. Thoroughly looked over out heat pump to figure out the problem explained in a way even I understood and fixed it all for a reasonable price. Extremely kind too!!!
I do not often write reviews but Josh and Andy were excellent to work with. They were fair, honest and answered all my questions. They did not try to upsell me and were clean and professional when in my home. I would recommend them without question.
Lanco installed a new air handler and outdoor unit for me after my 25 year old unit died during the heatwave. They were professional and efficient! I couldn’t be happier with this local business. I’m so glad I went with them over two other companies I contacted. I will be using them for all my HVAC servicing needs in the future!! Highly, highly recommend.
