Lanco used forced placed insurance for my auto loan even though they were notified by my insurance carrier that the coverage was valid. Then I found out that they are not going to refund the interest that accrued on the insurance amount they added to my loan without notification. I would not do business with Lanco. They are more interested in money than doing what is right for their members. This will be the last time I deal with them. Beware....
The staff at Lanco Federal Credit Union are kind and compassionate. I am grateful for their passion in teaching local students about financial literacy in a fun and engaging way!
I love this bank, this branch in particular. The employees are always so friendly and the service is excellent.
My mom withdraw her retirement money through this bank today, but when my mom got home, she counted her money, it was $100 less. My mom trusted the teller so much that she didn't re-count it before leaving the counter. We went back the next day, the teller told my mom she left it at the counter. He had it in a envelope. My mom got her money back! Thank u Lanco for doing the right thing!
