I went to the office and George made it very easy for me to open my business account. AJ did a great job translating for me. Cristiane was also very kind and helpful throughout the process. They were all very diligent.

I went out of state and on a cruise and couldn't figure out why my card wasnt working. George Mann helped me get my card working and unlocked. I appreciate him helping me in a pinch.
Lanco used forced placed insurance for my auto loan even though they were notified by my insurance carrier that the coverage was valid. Then I found out that they are not going to refund the interest that accrued on the insurance amount they added to my loan without notification. I would not do business with Lanco. They are more interested in money than doing what is right for their members. This will be the last time I deal with them. Beware....
