I arrived 20 minutes early as a first time patient so I could fill out paperwork. 45 min after appointment time I was called back to give urine sample then give vitals. Then told to go back to reception area as there were no waiting rooms available. I then waited another hour and a half and in that time dr Patterson twice came into the front reception office cursing (f word etc.)at the staff loudly where everyone could hear!
