Akudo Okereafor is an awful worker. Offered no help whatsoever. I'm more ill than before. Already had previous problems with her ( she would talk on the phone during appointments ), legitimately forgot she even had an appointment with me and was 40 minutes late because of it for a MEDICATION REVIEW. She's told me to self refer to other services and now I've tried ive been told to refer back to here ( kirkstone ) to get them to refer me ! What an actual joke. Thanks for absolutely nothing.
I've been waiting 11 years to be diagnosed, finally got into the program, I was going to all my appointments for a proper diagnosis from 2024 to 2025, then the person I was seeing went on holiday for 3 weeks, the staff didn't update or cancel the appointments and kicked me off the program, I got told by a Mental Health receptionist called Helen "I missed my appointments, and that I'm no longer on the program" I replied saying "I'm at a whloe new low and have been constantly feeling suicidal for weeks and I don't know what to... read more
There were some bad misunderstandings at first as to what the plan going forward was. I felt I needed more support and I do feel as though they are understaffed but Akudo Okereafor gave me some very good advise and advised services I think will truly help me. I'm really hopeful moving forward ❤️ Thankyou 🥹❤️
Very let down, a year ago Had a plan in place for my wellbeing and was working towards, and then bang kicked out by Dr Jones so they could have the bed space, disgusting !! He's obviously paid way to much with his private box at the Royal opera, says it all So let down !!!
Kirkstone villa: Consistant failings in reading letters/messages. Ignore patients for months on end. About as useful as a paper 747
