My family and I were using this practice for years but all have switched recently to more competent practices. This practice has the most incompetent and rudest doctors and staff I have ever dealt with. The staff is just extremely rude unhelpful and unprofessional. OH MY, MY, MY! The most incompetent staff! A few weeks ago I scheduled 4 of us to be seen. We arrived and they would only accept ONE. I called the ofc Mgr who apologized, we rescheduled and IT HAPPENED AGAIN! We scheduled 3 kids for immunizations and they only accepted TWO. After that so we stayed, rescheduled my Dtr. My son was to have meningitis and TdAP shots. They refused TDAP saying he didn't need it. I showed them the school letter saying he couldn't return without it, they refused.
