Tried to get them to help me with warranty transfer paperwork on a used Suzuki motor I purchased. Called 4-5 times, and they strung me along each time until the warranty transfer period expired. Thanks for losing me my warranty, Lancet Marine.
I ordered some covers from these guys for my engines they got them the next day! Above and beyond that I needed some help today and decided to call to see if they had a Gauge in stock and instead of trying to sell me one he tried to help me fix the one that I’ve got spent over 30 minutes with me on the phone great customer service

What can I say about Lancet Marine, they’re amazing…I have nothing but respect appreciation and admiration for this team. They have been servicing my boats for a decade and have always been great to me. Any time I call them or text them, they’re there to help me and my team get my boat serviced immediately. Which is huge for a charter captain. They also stand behind their work which I can say many shops don’t or they charge you an arm and a leg for the work they did.
