Friendly guy, but he came to our home, spent about an hour and a half while we detailed the work we wanted done. He agreed and even had suggestions on what he could do. Said he would get back to us within a week and we never heard back. Never picked up the phone or even responded to our numerous voicemails. Huh??? Lance does amazing work and you can certainly tell he takes pride in it. He recently completed my patio and I couldn't be happier. He's on the job site when he says he'll be and pays close attention to the tiniest of details. I'm looking forward to many nights on my new patio with friends.
